Workout Wednesday – Change it up!
A small divergence this week from our normal workout routine!
This week I’ve tried to surprise Jaxon with a bunch of different training to keep him interested, teach him new things, and just have some plain old fun!
We’ve trained in the rain, been running, trained weaves next to a rugby training session. We’ve even had amazing distraction training at the Castle Hill trial last night, where the fly ball session was in full flight right next to the ring.
Most of all I think we’ve had an amazing amount of fun, and I can see Jaxon is eager to get training (even if it is in the mud and the rain!).
So in the spirit of changing it up, I thought I’d see how Jaxon would run if I just treated the trial last night as any other training session, and focus on the fun.
Jaxon had his usual break from the start (still working on that!) but once out of the tunnel, we had a great run (well we did once I stopped distracting him by doing strange moves like rear crosses! What the!?).
Anyhow – enjoy the run! I see here a little dog with big potential – if only his handler can get herself together!

article is quite interesting and hopefully true happiness rays began to warm the hearts of us all, when we can share it with sincerity. Greetings from Gede Prama 🙂
